Dr Kate Lewis is the Data Manager on the ATLAS project. Her background is in Neuroscience with her prior research and PhD focused on the pathophysiology of brain tumours.
After her post-doc at UCSF, Kate retrained as a Data Scientist and worked for several years at a successful health care start-up in Silicon Valley. Upon returning to Australia, Kate consulted to Flinders University on the Anatomy Investigator project and then took a break from work to start a family. Now Kate maintains the data pipeline and reporting code that underpins the ATLAS project.
