Seminar Overview

Professor Jackie Huggins AM FAHA, a Bidjara and Birri Gubba Juru woman with 45 years of experience in Aboriginal affairs, and currently Director of Research in the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Behavioural Sciences, Herston UQ campus, will speak on Truth Telling, Treaty and Healing, and the importance of these to social and emotional health and wellbeing. She will also discuss the aftermath of the Referendum and its impact on Indigenous peoples and their allies.
