Scott Trindall is from the Gomeroi people whose lands are in northern NSW and southern QLD. Scott is a Research Assistant with the UQ Poche Centre for Indigenous Health whose role will focus on Aboriginal and Torres Islander community responses to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Scott’s experience includes working on Aboriginal health promotion programs within state health services and a variety of roles in the Aboriginal education and employment spaces. Scott completed a Master of Public Health at Deakin University in 2011, and has a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education from the University of Technology, Sydney (2003).
